This Team is Led by Shelley Koenings
Shelley brings a wealth of corporate communications experience to your organization. She is a seasoned expert in many facets of communications and change management, including developing strategic plans, implementing tactical programs and measuring results. She has a proven track record of developing and implementing successful plans to address specific organizational challenges for a wide variety of audiences.
Over the past several years, Shelley has led communications and change management efforts on several large, critical projects. Highlights include:
- Led a national dealer network through a significant culture shift.
- Developed and executed the communication strategy in support of a large scale SAP implementation.
- Created and implemented communication plans for several systems implementations, including product lifecycle management, international sales lead management, and student management.
- Led the employee communication function at Harley-Davidson Motor Company.
