Dave began his career as a consultant at Accenture, working for nearly a decade developing technology and leading large, complex projects. He then spent the next 10 years as a leader within Harley-Davidson, where he managed transformational projects and led an operational unit. After a 7-year stint as an independent consultant, Dave spent 9 years as a leader at Northwestern Mutual and has now resumed his consulting practice. Career Highlights:
- Moderator for Harley-Davidson dealer performance groups (20 groups), providing financial analysis and business process improvement consultation.
- Strategy development and project management consulting engagements.
- Senior Director, Communications Strategy and Operations; which included financial and operational leadership, as well as resource prioritization, alignment and business process improvement.
- Director, Business Development; identifying new products and services for the company and the business cases to justify pursuing them.
- Manager, Strategic Planning; working with senior leadership and stakeholders throughout the organization to develop the long term corporate strategy and board of director presentations.
